Got both sets of forks back today. The turnaround is amazing sent forks last Tuesday which Full Factory got a courier to collect. They received on Wednesday started work on Thursday and both sets of forks were ready by Friday morning. They arrange for them to be delivered on a day that I would be in And I have received them today and I am very very impressed with the quality of the work and the fact that they managed to make a few custom parts that mine were missing or that I’ve been lost by the last people that done the service on my forks. 100% will be using these guys again as to have sent them off and had them back serviced and ready to ride within a week is absolutely amazing. And the pricing couldn’t be better, affordable, not ridiculously priced, unlike the last place that serviced my forks and poor quality job so I will definitely be recommending to all of my friends that I ride with and anyone else that I meet along the way that needs their folks looking at they’ll be getting sent straight to Full Factory Suspension. Really easy comms. Obviously Fin has been in the game since elastomer stacks were “plush”. His workshop lets you quickly know that he’s not just a suspension tech but a proper engineer. I’m quite particular about my setup. But he got my old for 36 grip 2, dialled. If you haven’t done your suspension in a while, just do it. You’ll be amazed at the difference. Top work

Superb service. Replaced all seals and oil. Fixed lock-out compression problem replacing bearings. Forks working better than new and plusher and more controlled than ever. Sets up forks personally for you and listens to the type and bke you ride and how you ride £125 very well spent....

Anything bike and bike suspension Fin is the man! So much so I am happy to drive an hour to get my bike to him! He recently serviced my forks and provided advice for volume spacers. Needless to say the quality of work and advice was spot on.

Legend, thought I had fully trashed my rear swingarm when putting it back together but Fin saw me good and even machined me up a replacement new pivot bolt for the one I successfully sheared in two

Fin helped me get my bottom bracket replaced and updated with the modern fittings (old bike 🙄), and then went above and beyond and gave the messy central gears a good clean! Highly recommended
